Great service

I had another local company come out to check my heat pump. I was not comfortable with their diagnosis or their insistence that I had it fixed right then. After 2 1/2 hours I was finally able to get the man to leave. I had asked him for the bill three times. I am so glad I called Ponder the next day for a second opinion. Andy came by on his way home and had it checked out in about 30 min. It wasn't what I was being pressured into having replaced. Todd came today and updated my unit and it's good to have ac again. He was very professional and cleaned everything up. Thank you.

I called to have someone look at my elderly dads furnace, the lady who scheduled it made my life so easy, she worked around my schedule even when I had to call her back at least 4 times to change the time. Lonnie came and worked on it and was very nice to my dad. They even called to check up on my dad afterward because he was having a hard time setting his new thermostat. This is a company that cares about their customers.
